During my Easter stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with a city map and marked all the important locations, making it easier for us to navigate the city. the location of the hotel was also a major plus point. It was centrally located, making it convenient to explore all the attractions on foot. Additionally, the hotel offered a thoughtful gesture for my birthday , a complimentary bottle of prosecco or breakfast. It was such a nice surprise!

One aspect I didn't quite like was the use of single, use paper tea cups. It would have been much better if the hotel could replace them with ceramic cups for a more eco, friendly experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bernardi Semenzato for a few nights with my walking-impaired mother. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Canal. The hotel had a charming "Calle" view that made us feel like we were truly living in Venice. The breakfast was a great value for money and the coffee was delicious. the staff, location, and accommodations were top-notch.

Stayed at the charming Hotel Bernardi Semenzato for a few nights. The room was surprisingly spacious for Venice, and the antique decor added a cute touch. The location was fantastic, close to everything but away from the noisy crowds. The bed and shower were amazing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff, especially the kind older man on night watch and the friendly blonde-haired receptionist, made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

De ligging van het hotel was ideaal, aangezien het heel dicht bij een treinstation lag. Hierdoor was het openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar en kon ik gemakkelijk naar het centrum van de stad reizen. Natuurlijk was het hotel natuurlijk gelegen in de buurt van het metrostation, waardoor ik snel en eenvoudig door de stad kon reizen. Gelukkig had het hotel natuurlijk ruime en bewaakte parkeergelegenheid, wat een groot pluspunt was. Verder was ik erg tevreden over de faciliteiten van het hotel, zoals de ruime kamers en de goede service van het personeel. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk heerlijk, met een ruime keuze aan verse en smakelijke gerechten.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - a great room at a reasonable price. The location was superb, away from the main tourist areas but close to nice bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even helping us find a water taxi early in the morning.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, like a mini fridge to store market goodies.

The location was perfect, close to a great little restaurant where we enjoyed pasta from a very friendly server. It was also close to the water taxi and the vaparetto stop. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was in the center and easily accessible from Venice airport via water transport. The hotel is tucked away down a narrow alley, opposite the church, but it is quite easy to find. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions and the vaporetto stop Ca D'Oro.

I recently stayed at a lovely, traditional hotel in a quieter area with great character. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were all lovely - very kind, welcoming, and provided lots of helpful information. I'd stay here again with pleasure!

I stayed at this lovely hotel for a few days in July. The breakfast was abundant and the cappuccino was excellent. The air conditioning was better than any other hotel I've stayed in. The staff was welcoming and provided great suggestions for restaurants and activities. The location, just off a quiet square, was perfect and close to vaporetto and water taxi stops.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
