I had a great experience during my stay. The location was central, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They made me feel welcome, which is something I value as a traveler from New York. I enjoyed exploring the area and found many nearby attractions. I particularly liked the breakfast options available. I stayed here in 2024.

I stayed for 1 night in a triple room. The location was ideal, a quick walk from the Rialto bridge. Nearby, I found plenty of nice restaurants and an Irish bar. The staff allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. The room was basic yet clean. 😊

Room could not escape humidity smell!!! No shutters on one window made for sleepless nights!!! Early morning disturbances from housekeeping were rather disruptive!!! Attention to room cleanliness needs to improve!!!

Spacious room in the annex was perfect and so quiet, really felt like home. Staff genuinely wanted to help, giving us local tips and warm smiles. Location made it easy to explore all of Venice, just a short walk to the nearest vaporetto stop!

Nothing to criticize.

The location was a major plus, just a short walk from the vaporetto stop and surrounded by charming restaurants. the nearby Irish bar was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful information about local events. However, staying in the annex caught me off guard. though my twin bed room was spacious and clean, I felt unprepared for the separate setup. On one day, breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing compared to the promise of a more hearty experience. However, fresh croissants did add a bit of joy to my mornings.

Charming old-fashioned vibe in a quiet spot, just a hop away from all the action. Super cozy bed, and hot showers were always ready. Plus, the croissants at breakfast were a delightful little treat every morning!

My room felt like it was trapped in a time warp—vintage is one thing, but I was half-expecting a ghost to appear! And those creaky floors? A real symphony at night!

I really enjoyed the room, it was so charming and had just the right Venetian vibe to it you know? Plus, the breakfast was a nice touch, they served great cappuccinos that just hit the spot after a long day exploring.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what it offered.
