Room size was cramped for luggage storage.

the noise from the street was unbearable, and charging 16 euros for two fried eggs is outrageous! absolutely disappointing, especially for a so-called five-star hotel. I expected a complimentary upgrade to make up for the inconveniences, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The cocktail bar was a fun place to unwind after a long day. The room view was a bit disappointing.

Superb room service and friendly staff always ready to assist! The breakfast was varied with ample options and the bar area was perfect for unwinding. 🌟

However, the street noise at night could be bothersome. 😕

The room was luxurious, with a fab marble bathroom and cool USB plugs everywhere! Turn down service was a sweet touch, leaving candies on our pillows and slippers at our bedsides. Super impressive!

Absolutely nothing to criticize.

My room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous. I spent some lovely time relaxing in the lobby, which felt like a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Plus, it's perfectly situated for checking out all the local sights!

The elevators are slower than a turtle on vacation, so prepare for a bit of stair climbing. And good luck opening those balcony doors—they must be practicing for the Olympics!

The staff’s exceptional service shone during my stay. They promptly arranged an upgraded room that was comfortable and quiet. The hotel’s prime location makes it easy to explore. Breakfast was satisfactory with attentive service, although the variety could improve. The elegant decor added to the charm of the stay, despite minor issues.

We were immediately welcomed by staff when we arrived , they even booked us a table at the Michelin Star place, it was unreal. The breakfast area was immaculate , and every morning we were greeted with the best coffee I've had in a long time , almost made me forget the clean-up back home.

It wasn’t the cheapest place around , but the service made it worth it.

the air conditioning was pretty loud at night, but everything else was amazing! staff were super friendly, helped with dinner reservations and carried our breakfast to our table! also, the room was really spacious and perfectly clean!

bernini palace is maybe the best-located hotel in the old town. within 5 minutes, you can walk to all major sights. the staff was super kind and helpful. breakfast in the beautiful hall had many options, including gluten-free choices, which is a nice touch.

but the noise from the street was really bad at night, and the a/c was kinda stuck on warm even though it's supposed to be winter.
