I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location just outside the old city walls was perfect, with a beautiful view of the city wall. The hotel overlooked the main square in Castelfranco, giving it a charming and bustling atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I especially loved the separate bathtub with water-jets - it was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of a quaint and picturesque town, just across from the majestic castle. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a nice view of the city. The bathroom is well-maintained and stocked with toiletries. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options to suit all tastes.

The electronic building management system in the rooms can be slightly unresponsive at times, causing minor inconveniences.

Convenient location overlooking the main square, easy to cross the roads with little traffic. Spacious reception area with comfortable seating and reasonably priced bar. Room on first floor had good storage with a mini-bar and electric socket beside the kettle. Flatscreen TV with good channel selection, and touch controls for lighting, window shutter, air conditioning. Clean bathroom with nice towels and toiletries. Good breakfast with hot and cold items and a toaster that actually works, served in the restaurant on the top floor with fantastic views.

Bathroom layout may not be comfortable for people with mobility problems, toilet set too close to the washbasin shelf, and hot water can be inconsistent. Bedside lighting could be improved for longer reading time without eye strain.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-furnished room, complete with a comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was equipped with modern amenities, including a hairdryer and a lovely Jacuzzi bath. The highlight for us was the top-floor restaurant, where we enjoyed excellent food and breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel's location was also ideal for exploring nearby cities and towns in Northern Italy, with convenient day trip options. We appreciated the value for money, attentive service, and the added bonus of a rooftop fine-dining restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in the Veneto region.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Castelfranco. the location was perfect, right across from the castle and within walking distance of all the sights in the old town. the hotel is part of the Signature Collection and it definitely lived up to its name. the rooms were beautifully renovated and had all the modern amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious bathtub with water-jets in my room. the mini-bar was a nice touch, and the private parking made it convenient for me. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I especially enjoyed the stunning views from the breakfast room on the fourth floor. I found the hotel to be excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main square and old town. the reception area was spacious and had comfortable seating areas. the room had plenty of storage space and the bed linen and pillows were comfortable. the breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold options, and had a toaster that actually worked! the restaurant on the fourth floor had stunning views and the evening meals were excellent, with a good choice of dishes.

The bathroom could be a bit cramped, especially the positioning of the toilet next to the washbasin shelf. the hot water in the shower was sometimes inconsistent, especially in the late evening.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. We enjoyed being just across from the castle and having everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and well-equipped, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. We especially appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities as well as the mini-bar. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. this hotel exceeded our expectations.
