best western had an excellent location, super close to shops and great food. the staff was incredibly helpful, arranging taxis for us when we needed. we loved the breakfast, which had a good variety. guests can enjoy the nearby leisure options too, making it easy to relax!

Consider using the nearby tram or bus for easy access to local attractions, as the metro station is a bit of a walk, especially in the evenings.

the breakfast was fine but how can a hotel this size only have the same comb-over eggs every single day? also, we were given full beds instead of queens, which was just lovely for a family of four. lastly, i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary upgrade for our troubles. totally disappointing.

i almost gave a good review, but the breakfast was ridiculously overpriced. and my room had a broken shower head, making bathing a true hazard. you'd think as a valued guest, i would receive some sort of special treatment, like a complimentary upgrade or at least an 'i'm sorry. ' such poor attention to detail, really ashamed.

The air conditioning was unreliable, frequently leaving rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Noise disturbances from street traffic and neighbors made restful sleep a challenge!!! Upgrading the soundproofing could significantly enhance the experience for future guests!!!

We had an awesome group getaway! The breakfast was excellent, and the location made it easy to explore everything we wanted to see. We even caught a ride to a game at Foro Italico, and it was just a short walk to the metro. Clean rooms and helpful staff really added to our experience!

However, the noise was a bit bothersome at night. We could hear street sounds and sirens frequently, which made it hard to sleep at times.

Absolutely adored the place! ! So clean and spacious, such a delightful breakfast spread.

best western is in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk to the metro. the staff made our stay special by packing breakfast for our early trip to pompeii. plus, we enjoyed the sporty vibe of the area with easy access to leisure options around. the room was clean and had very comfortable beds.

We had a decent time here. The breakfast was a nice touch, offering a good variety, and the staff in the dining area were super friendly. The room was clean, but it did get a bit noisy from street traffic at night. Parking was a bit tricky, needing to walk a couple blocks, but overall, it worked for us.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Hotel staff were super accommodating, providing packed breakfasts for our early trips.

We made the hotel our base to explore all that Rome has to offer, and the convenience was perfect for our family. The kids loved that toys, DVDs, and a PlayStation 2 were available for them. The breakfast options offered something for everyone, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

My wife says that the noise from the street could have been a lot quieter for better rest after long sightseeing days.

the staff was super nice and let us check in early. breakfast was really good with lots of options, and the room was clean. the location was pretty good too, close to the metro and a supermarket down the street. we had a nice time relaxing with friends after a day of sightseeing. the balcony in some rooms is a nice touch too!

but the one person at the night shift was kinda rude and the elevators were super small and slow, which was annoying. also, not having a ramp for strollers made things a little tricky.

the reception guy was super rude when we checked in. but loved the good size bed with mix of hard & softer pillows. a small fridge in the room was great for keeping our drinks cool. the no. 310 bus to termini is just a few yards down the street from the hotel entrance.

The family room was spacious with two big beds which my kids loved, especially the bunk bed with its own little ladder. Also, the breakfast buffet had a huge variety and the staff were incredibly friendly always ready to help.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable considering what we got.

Had a spacious and comfortable double room. the bathroom was a nice size! Breakfast was good, and I loved that I could get freshly made coffee instead of machine coffee. However, the room's appearance could have been more modern compared to what's shown online.
