I expected at least a room upgrade or some special attentions for my stay, but that clearly was too much to ask. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't!

Unfortunately, our room was never cleaned during our four-night stay despite displaying the cleaning sign. I had to make trips to the front desk multiple times to request toilet paper and towels. The overall condition of the hotel felt quite run down and neglected, which was disappointing.

absolutely underwhelming. the bathroom was so gross, it felt like a health hazard! also, never got any maid service during our stay. i almost thought about giving a nice review when i noticed the so-called "friendly" staff, but how woudl that have helped me? they really need to upgrade things or lower the prices, just saying.

We found the location incredibly convenient, just off a main highway and within walking distance to several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the diverse breakfast options, including a nice selection of food. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making our stay feel welcoming.
