The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the Gion district, Nishiki markets, and various restaurants and shops. the bus stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel and the train station was only a 10-minute walk away. the hotel provided free water and had a microwave available, as well as complimentary toiletries. it offered great value for money.

The lack of breakfast options was a disappointment and there was only one card issued per room, even if there were multiple guests. Additionally, there was no hot water available for making tea or coffee.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to Nishiki Market and with easy access to transportation. We were thrilled to find so many great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel even provided a map indicating nearby breakfast spots and bus stops for major attractions in Kyoto. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and trying out different eateries. The only drawback was the step up to the bathroom, but if you can manage a stair it won't be a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location and the convenience of having so many dining options nearby.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with full amenities provided, including slippers and a sleeping shirt. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, always acknowledging us when we entered or left the hotel. We also appreciated the convenience of having a coin laundry on the second floor.

We had a wonderful stay at Gran Ms in Kyoto. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even managed to find us a beautiful Japanese Tatami room for an extra night. the venue staff were very knowledgeable about Kyoto's attractions and recommended great places to eat. the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. the location was excellent, just steps away from a bustling street with shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the train station and main shopping areas. the beds were comfortable and the bathtub was a generous size, perfect for a relaxing soak.
