The location was perfect, right opposite the train station, making it convenient for transportation and avoiding the crowds in central Venice. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The food at the hotel was delicious and of high quality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. it was an excellent experience and I would definitely come back.

There were a couple of negative aspects of our stay. the beds in the hotel were not comfortable and seemed to be of low quality.
