We arrived at Botleigh Grange Hotel - Pool & Spa Under Renovation and were given a massive, clean but slightly dated room. The hotel has recently been taken over and is expected to be amazing once completed. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and polite, especially the dining room staff in the morning. The parking facility was good, and we discovered that we could have left our car there for an extra charge, which would have been convenient for our cruise. once everything is up and running, I believe the staff will work together as a team to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

I recently stayed at Botleigh Grange Hotel for one night while visiting Southampton. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. Despite the hotel's dated appearance, it added to its character and charm, which my American friends loved. The breakfast was outstanding, far surpassing my experiences at other hotels. Most importantly, my wife was very happy with our stay.

Lovely historic building with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Recently renovated and clean throughout. Beautiful grounds with ponds and old trees. Great location near good pubs.
