We got great value for our money at Bianca Maria Palace. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the highest floor. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful, assisting us with reservations and providing valuable tips for our sightseeing.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Milan. the room was clean, comfortable, and modern. the staff spoke good English and were very helpful in advising us on buses and stops. the spacious shower had plenty of hot water, and the elevator was a blessing. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, including eggs, cheeses, and meats. We were even able to buy bus tickets at the hotel front desk. it was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and check-in was fast and efficient. the lovely and clean room had a modern bathroom with LED lights in the shower, providing a great shower experience. the housekeeping service was fantastic, and the breakfast was top-notch. the location was in a nice neighborhood, within easy walking distance to attractions, great local restaurants, and plenty of gelato places. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bianca Maria Palace. the breakfast staff worked tirelessly to cater to the morning rush, and the bartender was both kind and professional. the rooms were new and well-designed, and the location was perfect for us, close to our favorite restaurants and within walking distance of San Babila. the in-house restaurant surpassed our expectations, and we highly recommend trying the "risotto with quaglie. " the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our last-minute request for a late checkout. One of the highlights was the comfortable bed, which I believe was from the Tempur line or something similar. our experience was excellent, with a score of 9.2.

We had a great experience at the boutique hotel located in a residential area within walking distance to the city center. The staff at Bianca Maria Palace was nice and the breakfasts were delicious. Although the room was small, the beds were comfortable and all we needed. The location was perfect, with the Duomo and excellent restaurants in the Piazza Romana area within walking distance. The rooftop bar staff were friendly and made fantastic cocktails upon request.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and shops, while also being within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with modern amenities.

The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming upon check-in. the advertised rooftop terrace was not accessible to guests and disappointing.
