The hotel is currently undergoing construction, which can be disruptive and noisy. Some amenities were not available due to the construction, and this information was not properly communicated to guests.

This hotel is situated in a great location in the Zona Rosa district. It's close to the Metro and Polenc district, but not so close that you'll be disturbed by any noise. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower. The staff is always willing to help with any needs. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food to choose from, and there's even a refrigerator and safe in the room for added convenience.

The hotel needs some updating to improve the appearance of the carpets, but they are still clean and serviceable.

As youngsters, we loved the stylish and modern design of the rooms. The large TV screen with Netflix was a great addition. The hotel's location near Roma, Zona Rosa, and Condesa made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the vibrant city. Plus, the rooftop breakfast spot offered super cool views of the city and the food was absolutely delicious. we had an amazing stay.

I had a great stay at Cle Reforma Insurgentes in Mexico City. The room was cozy and well-designed, with pleasant colors. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available. The cleaning person did an outstanding job!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is fantastic - it's right in the center of all the action and within walking distance to all the major districts like Center, Polanco, and Roma. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and I particularly appreciated the window seat and alcove with a beautiful vase for decoration. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious and definitely recommendable when compared to nearby restaurants.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.
