the staff was sweet, but calling this place a hotel is generous. an inn with no AC, uncomfortable beds, and no bedside sockets? absurd! i almost gave a nice review but expected a complimentary drink for my troubles. paying extra for a taxi that wasn’t last minute was just the cherry on top of this miserable experience. absoluteley disappointed.

The staff was very responsive and attentive, and I was very pleased with the way we were treated. Breakfast was fulfilling, especially as they provided breakfast boxes for our early flight. The room had adorable, traditional decor, which was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the smart-TV for entertainment. We got to keep our room a little longer on check-out day for a small fee.

Had some issues with the breakfast quality. choices were pretty limited and not all that fresh. Also, the absence of coffee and tea facilities in the room was a bummer. The access can be tricky, especially with no elevator to help with luggage up the stairs. Some rooms face other buildings, which can make the place feel a bit cramped when trying to get some natural light in.

Finding the place was tricky. it's nestled in a maze of narrow streets with minimal signage. The absence of coffee-making facilities in the room was a letdown, and while the room was comfortable, the air conditioning needed work as it didn't cool the space effectively. There was also some noise from breakfast preparations in the mornings, which might disrupt your sleep. A bit more attention to room maintenance could go a long way, especially with concerns around pillows and outdated bathroom features.

The location is fantastic, just a minute from St Mark’s Square. Finding it was quite tricky because of the narrow streets. The staff were friendly and provided great local tips.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was lovely and provided breakfast boxes for our early outings. The room was cozy, albeit the shower was a little snug. Perfectly placed near attractions and delightful eateries. Make sure to enjoy the gelato nearby! A marvelous experience overall!
