The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot. The staff was responsive and helpful via whatsapp. The bed was comfortable. They provided excellent gluten-free pastries and recommended a great local restaurant. The hotel is in a nice area and the breakfasts had fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff even mailed a package for me.

Our stay at Bio Hotel was incredibly convenient due to its central location, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The staff was delightful, charming, and always went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The hotel also had a nice and somewhat private terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The WiFi connection was excellent, ensuring that we remained connected throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the city centre and major bus stations. It was convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The rooms were big with a nice design and had a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and promptly fixed any issues we had, like a broken toilet seat and a blocked shower drain.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center, close to all the major attractions. The rooms on the 7th floor are a real treat, with their spacious balconies offering stunning views. The staff here are fantastic - always friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a great start to the day.

The location of Bio Hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Palermo. We were just a short walk away from all the amazing historical sites and right in the center of town. It made it so easy for us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere.

I recently had to go on a business trip to Palermo and stayed at a hotel in the city center. the hotel was located within walking distance of all the major shopping areas, restaurants, and tourist attractions. the receptionist was super helpful, answering all of my questions and concerns promptly, even via WhatsApp. the cleaning team did a great job of keeping the entire hotel area clean and tidy. Plus, the terrace was lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day.

One being, the lack of language ability among the staff. A few simple questions and requests were often lost in translation.
