The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot. The staff was responsive and helpful via whatsapp. The bed was comfortable. They provided excellent gluten-free pastries and recommended a great local restaurant. The hotel is in a nice area and the breakfasts had fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff even mailed a package for me.

Our stay at Bio Hotel was incredibly convenient due to its central location, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The location of Bio Hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Palermo. We were just a short walk away from all the amazing historical sites and right in the center of town. It made it so easy for us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere.

I recently had to go on a business trip to Palermo and stayed at a hotel in the city center. The hotel was located within walking distance of all the major shopping areas, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The receptionist was super helpful, answering all of my questions and concerns promptly, even via WhatsApp. , the cleaning team did a great job of keeping the entire hotel area clean and tidy. Plus, the terrace was lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day.

Despite the excellent location and attentive receptionist, there were some downsides to my stay. One being, the lack of language ability among the staff.
