Great location, great service

We recently stayed in Pisa for a business trip and chose a hotel that was conveniently located near businesses and amenities. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the front desk crew who effortlessly spoke multiple languages. The breakfast room in the morning had a delicious selection of fresh juice, meats, cheeses, and cereals. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was effective. we highly recommend this hotel for both business and sightseeing trips.

It can be a bit challenging to find the hotel when arriving from the train station, as it is located in the opposite direction.

This hotel is well located, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It’s also near the train station and a short walk to the historic city centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with air conditioning and free bottled water. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hotel also had a shuttle service and offered reasonably priced drinks and aperitifs in the evenings.

One negative was that some rooms had limited natural light.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They contacted us multiple times before our arrival to inform us about the rooms and parking situation. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located near the main shopping area, the river, and the leaning tower - all within walking distance. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as everything was within walking distance from here. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff was also very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We especially liked the garden area where we could relax and the terrace with a beautiful view.
