The location right off the interstate and close to the Texas border was perfect. The room had a great TV size and the bed was comfortable. The customer service in the dining room was excellent.

We were so pleased with our recent stay at Best Western! The room we had was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The breakfast area was well stocked and the coffee was delicious. The staff were accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had an excellent location in the Lake Charles area, close to the casinos and the coast. The room was comfortable with a good air conditioner and a refrigerator. The staff was helpful and fun, and the breakfast was yummy.

The beds were very hard, and we had a backache the next day.

Great location, close to key attractions and amenities in the city. Friendly staff, always ready to assist and provide helpful information. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a microwave and coffee maker for convenience

Despite making reservations in advance, I was given a handicapped room without a bathroom counter, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. the power went out during my stay, causing a disruption until the early hours of the morning, making it a very unpleasant experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was very convenient to client sites and right before 210 going to the casinos. Secondly, the rooms were cozy and had way more space than I thought, with attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Finally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was taken care of during our stay.

The Best Western Plus Executive Hotel & Suites in Sulphur was an excellent value with easy access to major interstates. It was conveniently located near big box stores, retail businesses, and a variety of food options. The bed was amazing and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.
