My stay at Courtyard was excellent. I was in Norcross for a quick business trip and stayed for two nights. The hotel is centrally located and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and the staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any issues. I loved the convenience of the Mon-Thu bar and the availability of Starbucks coffee in the lobby throughout the day. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property itself was a bit worn, with dirty hallways and stairwells. Additionally, the pool was not open, and the cushions were not out on the patio chairs even though it was warm outside.

Clean rooms and great location with a variety of nearby food and entertainment options. Helpful and friendly staff who check in with you via text message during your stay. Complimentary breakfast was included in our reservation.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding. They were friendly, compassionate, and efficient. They made us feel valued and cared for throughout our entire stay. Special shoutouts to Maryanne, Aysha, Dafta, Ted, and Deanna for their excellent service. the restaurant offered delicious and healthy food options, and the bar served amazing cocktails. the housekeeping staff, especially Ilsa and Marta, did a fantastic job of keeping our rooms neat and clean. They paid attention to our needs and made sure we had everything we required. the hotel shuttle service, driven by Sergio, was also commendable. He was prompt and drove us safely to our destination.

There was some confusion regarding the breakfast. This was a bit disappointing and felt like a misleading experience.

I was disappointed that the TVs in the rooms did not have the capability to access Netflix. This would have been a nice feature to have, especially for guests who enjoy streaming their favorite shows or movies.

The Atlanta area provided a variety of dining options as well. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy sitting area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
