Friendly staff, comfortable room with jetted soaking tub, excellent shower water pressure. Great location near the old part of town and best pasticceria. Good breakfast, nice suite with beautiful marble floors in the bathroom. Easy check-in/out, great breakfast, fridge in room. Parking available underneath the structure.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historic city center. I enjoyed exploring the charming streets and trying delicious pastries at the nearby bakery. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful marble floors in the bathroom. The staff was excellent, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. I particularly loved the breakfast, which was bountiful and tasty. We stayed at a hotel in Bassano del Grappa for a great discounted rate, thanks to a Groupon deal. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming medieval town center. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking a small garden. Despite some outdated features in the hotel, we had a pleasant stay overall. Breakfast could have been better, but considering the price, it was adequate. The highlight of our trip was exploring the beautiful town of Bassano del Grappa.

Good location near attractions and friendly staff

During my romantic escape, we enjoyed the hotel's prime location near many attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room featured comfortable bedding and ample space.

Our experience was negatively impacted by the hotel's terrible condition, which was evident from the start. The lack of basic amenities, such as proper air conditioning, made our stay uncomfortable.
