I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the viewing platform of Sakurajima volcano across the bay. Additionally, the staff were exceptional and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which may cause some noise inconvenience during the day. the hotel's location on top of a hill might be difficult to find in the dark, especially without GPS.

The value for money at this hotel was great. The room had everything we needed and the view of the volcano from the grounds was magnificent. The staff treated us exceptionally well and were very helpful with English-speaking guests.

The breakfast menu could have been improved, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese and Western options, with excellent quality and lots of choices. the hotel is located on a hill, offering nice views. It's around 15 minutes from the shopping area and JR station, with a shuttle bus every 15 minutes.

There was a sewage smell coming from the toilet which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the hotel doesn't have a gym or swimming pool, which could have been nice amenities to have.

The onsen and breakfast were fantastic. While the rooms were a bit dated, they were still nicely appointed and had a good view. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle bus service. The onsen was clean and well stocked, with an amazing view of the city and Sakura-jima. The staff was professional and the hotel had a unique, old-school atmosphere. They even accommodated my dietary requirements, offering a delicious and beautiful vegetarian Japanese breakfast. Highly recommended.

The view from the hotel, especially from the onsen, was truly spectacular. I could see the volcano and the entire city from up there. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and a free shuttle service. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering every service you could imagine a hotel having. The room was well-equipped with modern facilities, such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, which included both Western and Japanese dishes.

Location is quite far from the city center, about an hour travel by shuttle bus or 20-25 minutes by taxi. Staff could have been more professional and attentive, especially with regards to luggage assistance and amenities preparation for multiple guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway with my family. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to explore. The convenience of having a Family Mart within the hotel was great. The free bus shuttle to and from the train station was a lifesaver, especially with young kids. Lastly, the view of Sakurajima from the hotel was absolutely magnificent. Don't miss the sunrise!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the amazing views from my room, overlooking the city and the nearby volcano. It was breathtaking to see the volcano erupting on the morning of my departure. the hotel's location high on a hill provided the perfect vantage point for these incredible sights. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service, which was not only convenient but also spacious, making my trips to the city center and the train station hassle-free.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room designated for three beds. It was quite small, with minimal space between the beds, making it challenging to fit our luggage comfortably.
