As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at this hotel. The beautiful decor and spacious rooms were a major highlight. The central spiral staircase with a lift was a unique feature that added to the overall charm. We loved the regularly changed art on the walls, which sparked interesting conversations. The staff, especially the younger ones at the reception, were incredibly lovely and made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! Loved the fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions and explore Florence. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the unique paintings exhibited throughout the hotel added a cool and artistic vibe to the atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our day of exploring.

The only downside was the parking situation. the hotel does not have its own parking garage, so we had to use a nearby company.

The hotel itself was housed in a fifteenth-century palace, which added a touch of history and elegance to my stay. The rooms were well-appointed and provided enhanced comfort. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food, ensuring that I started my day off right. But the hidden gem of this hotel was the cellar wellness center. It had a fully-equipped gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and even a massage area. It was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. A special shoutout to Katrina, the receptionist come concierge, who consistently provided excellent service with a warm and genuine smile.

We had a city trip and stayed in a centrally located hotel which was a great advantage. the breakfast offered had an excellent variety and great taste, plus there was friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even better.

Our hotel room was quite cramped, with insufficient drawer space. In our room, we would have appreciated additional amenities such as facial tissues and note pads/ pens.

It was easy to get around and explore. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit small, especially the bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was not very varied and the selection of bread was limited, especially if you arrived later in the morning.
