As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at this hotel. The beautiful decor and spacious rooms were a major highlight. The central spiral staircase with a lift was a unique feature that added to the overall charm. We loved the regularly changed art on the walls, which sparked interesting conversations. The staff, especially the younger ones at the reception, were incredibly lovely and made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! Loved the fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions and explore Florence. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the unique paintings exhibited throughout the hotel added a cool and artistic vibe to the atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our day of exploring.

The only downside was the parking situation. the hotel does not have its own parking garage, so we had to use a nearby company.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the city. It was easy to get around and explore. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit small, especially the bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was not very varied and the selection of bread was limited, especially if you arrived later in the morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were impressed by the facilities provided. Additionally, there was convenient parking next door, which made it easy for us to unload our luggage.
