I had the most incredible stay at a resort in Puglia recently. The resort had a stunning Italian village-like atmosphere with beautiful pools and beaches. The highlight of my trip was the personal concierge, Rosemary, who went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable experience. She organized amazing trips and gave me a true taste of life in Puglia. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and the entire staff provided exceptional service. The on-site restaurants were also incredible, and I even had the opportunity to take a personal tour of the kitchen. The hotel truly knows how to pamper its guests and I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this resort for a great vacation experience.

The New Year experience at this hotel was amazing. the fireworks show they put on was absolutely stunning and really added to the festive atmosphere. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with stunning sea views and easy access to a beautiful beach. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was special and memorable.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the rooms were quite small and cramped, especially for families with children.

I had a first-class haircut and color at the salon, at prices comparable to London. The Friday night beach club buffet and party were great fun.
