I had an amazing stay at Sofitel. The value for the money was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and the staff treated me like royalty.

The breakfast could use improvement, especially the omelette.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the most comfortable bed and fluffy pillows we have ever experienced. the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby attractions to explore.

The internet was very slow in our room, which was frustrating when trying to plan activities for the day. there was some construction going on in the surrounding area, which made it a bit difficult to find the hotel at first.

Arriving at this luxurious venue, our expectations were high. But we weren't disappointed. The exclusive amenities in the room, from the private facilities to the impressive in-room breakfast left us feeling pampered and looked after. We enjoyed our drinks in the chic bar and snack bar area too.

The only downfall was the restaurant, it felt too formal for our liking. Perhaps a more relaxed atmosphere would have been more appropriate.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the historical center and the Philharmonic tram station in the city. Guests can easily access the tram within a short walk. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a large bed and modern bathroom facilities. The staff provides exceptional service and is attentive to guests' needs. The hotel also offers complimentary mini-bars and Bose speaker systems in the rooms, adding to the comfort and convenience of the stay.

One negative aspect is the ongoing construction work in and around the hotel, which may result in some noise disturbances for guests.

sofitel went above and beyond during our short visit in luxembourg. the staff, especially maxim, thomas, and sophia, made our stay unforgettable. the new year's gala dinner was magical and the hotel's pet-friendly attitude was a lovely surprise. highly recommended!
