Excellent coffee shop in front of the hotel. Supermarket and good restaurant nearby. Early check-in without extra charge.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two complimentary facts offered at the hotel. the location was perfect for accessing various shops and restaurants easily. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home. However, the best aspect of my stay was the cozy and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities one could need.

The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room quite stuffy. the bathroom doors were hard to lock, which made it inconvenient at times.

I loved staying here! The location was incredible - the metro was only a quick 2 minute walk away and I could easily explore the city from there. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the soundproofed rooms meant I could sleep soundly. I had a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vienna while visiting the city with some friends for a football match. The hotel’s location was perfect for us, as it was a bit out of the way from the bustling city center, but still conveniently close to the underground. We could easily access the center with a direct metro line. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and a double bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. The service was kind and helpful, and the breakfast offered a plentiful spread.

The check-in process took quite a while, which was a bit frustrating.
