My stay at Novotel Suites was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at Novotel were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Great location, close to public transportation, cafes, grocery stores, and attractions like Prater. Open floorplan and trundle bed were perfect for our family with kids. Room was well laid-out for those with mobility issues. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great amenities like microwave and electric kettle. Fast elevators and no waiting time. Excellent coffee shop in front of the hotel. Supermarket and good restaurant nearby. Early check-in without extra charge.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two complimentary facts offered at the hotel. The location was perfect for accessing various shops and restaurants easily. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home. However, the best aspect of my stay was the cozy and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities one could need.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room quite stuffy.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vienna while visiting the city with some friends for a football match. The hotel’s location was perfect for us, as it was a bit out of the way from the bustling city center, but still conveniently close to the underground. We could easily access the center with a direct metro line. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and a double bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. The service was kind and helpful, and the breakfast offered a plentiful spread.

The check-in process took quite a while, which was a bit frustrating.
