We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the unimaginable garden. The complimentary boat service to the Murano glass factory was a great perk. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk to all parts of this city.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Venice and had a wonderful time. The hotel was located in a charming and authentic neighborhood, away from the crowds but still close to everything. The breakfast buffet was the most varied and interesting I've ever seen, with a wide range of options. The staff members were friendly and exceedingly helpful. The hotel itself, housed in an old palace, was lavishly furnished and in fine condition. I had a superb experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

De locatie van het hotel is geweldig, direct tegenover het treinstation en slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Dit maakte het erg gemakkelijk om overal te geraken. Het personeel was natuurlijk erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze lieten ons vroeg inchecken zonder extra kosten en lieten ons onze bagage achterlaten bij het uitchecken, zodat we nog van de stad konden genieten. De kamer zelf was groot en goed uitgerust met een televisie, haardroger, strijkijzer en waterkoker. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk heerlijk, met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Ik was vooral dol op de kwaliteitsconfituur in kleine glazen potjes. Een geweldige ervaring!

A 20-minute stroll to San Marco through pleasant restaurants and bars. Recently renovated with a huge, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary trip to a Murano glass factory, though glass is pricey. Lovely bar at the front.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and picturesque, with a shuttle to San Marco and a vaporetto stop nearby. The room had lovely decor and a beautiful view. The breakfast had a good selection, including delicious fresh pancakes.

Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, but still within walking distance to many of the popular attractions.

The rooms could use some updating and maintenance. the temperature control was not working properly and the rooms were quite hot and stuffy.

I stayed at a wonderful hotel in a quiet location for 4 nights. The modern-style room was perfect for my allergies and had a luxurious feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The chef even made a hot vegan option for breakfast upon request. The nearby shops and restaurants were convenient, and the hotel had excellent breakfast facilities. The concierge provided great tips for local bars and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the vaporetto stop and other amenities nearby. the hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift upon arrival and the complimentary water taxi shuttle to the main attractions was a nice touch. the room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, making it a pleasure to come back to after a long day of work. the hotel also had a lovely garden area which provided a peaceful retreat.

The size of the room was a bit small, which made it difficult to move around and unpack comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could have offered a wider variety of options, as the selection was somewhat limited.

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious and beautifully preserved interior of Hotel Grand Dei Dogi. The garden was a pleasant surprise and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and our room facing the canal was clean, spacious, and had good temperature control. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk to San Marco square and convenient for visits to the Biennale. The boat cabin style rooms were clean and the service was impeccable. Easy water taxi pick up was a plus.

Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.
