One-way taxi to Murano with customized tour of glass factory. Lots of stairs to work off good food. Lovely and relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. From the moment I contacted the hotel, the staff made me feel like a VIP. They arranged all of my transportation needs, including taxis and gondola rides. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist area but still quiet and peaceful. I was able to easily walk to all of the main attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious and tastefully decorated interior. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I felt like I was staying in a five-star establishment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness, and the breakfast served on the terrace was a delightful start to each day.

We particularly enjoyed the complimentary prosecco and biscuits. the hotel truly made our stay in relaxing and memorable. We will definitely be back.
