First, this is not a hotel!!! You have to lug your luggage across uneven paths with no service for assistance. The rooms are spread out, making it a workout to reach yours!!! Additionally, the heating was ineffective, and the shower was inconsistent. Fix those door locks, please!!!

The lack of a small fridge in the bungalow is a serious oversight!!! Wi-Fi should be available in the rooms, not just near the restaurant!!! Extending pool hours would definitely enhance the experience!!!

We stayed one night in a Superior Bungalow,, really shocked by the size of the place. Got in late after a flight delay, but they let us check in without any probs,, which was kinda nice.
