tru by hilton has spacious handicapped rooms with two queen beds, perfect for wheelchair access. it's conveniently located near the hockey arena, which made it easy to catch a game. the breakfast is simple but satisfying, catering to what guests really need. plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

During my stay, the room felt stuffy as there were no windows to open for fresh air. The air-conditioning unit was quite noisy, leading to a restless night. Additionally, I was disappointed to find a lack of basic amenities like cups in the room, which meant I had to go to the lobby for even a simple drink, making things inconvenient.

The environmentally friendly soap dispensers were a nice touch. the kids enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the room had plenty of plugs for our gadgets.
