Located in a quiet area perfectly situated for touring the stunning surroundings. Just down the road is La Marinella beach with stunning views across to Sorrento. The hotel is also in a nice area, a 20-minute walk away from Sorrento, and offers easy access to the bay of Naples. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a lovely authentic Italian feel. The staff are welcoming and friendly, always willing to help.

Some guests had issues with reserving pool loungers and not using them for hours.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. the staff at Caravel were so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location was great, just on the outskirts of the bustling town of Sorrento. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus into the center, which made exploring the area a breeze. the breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the highlight for me was the pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.

The team was really helpful and welcoming on arrival, and our room was easily accessible. We enjoyed the free shuttle bus that took us to nearby attractions. the hotel was also in close proximity to the city center and we were able to walk back in the beautiful evenings. the breakfast was a highlight with many options for food and we especially enjoyed the fresh coffee.

The shuttle hours were not very flexible which made it difficult for us to use it on some occasions. rooms were not always cleaned thoroughly as we found used glasses left behind after the daily clean up.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the free shuttle to Sorrento was very convenient. the hotel had a nice city and sea view from the balcony, and the staff, especially one of the ladies at the desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even booked us an amazing excursion to the Amalfi coast. the overall upscale atmosphere of the hotel exceeded our expectations.
