I found this hotel very new and impressively clean. the parking facilities were great, and its central location in the little downtown area made it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were attentive, providing valuable tips and recommendations for local places to visit. Cons: All was flawless.

Attended a concert at Eddie Owens Red Clay Theatre and had a perfect weekend. the beautiful property is within walking distance of everything, allowing for a carefree evening after dining out. the staff provided excellent dining and shopping recommendations. The room was new, clean, with great parking and near numerous shops and restaurants. Cons: Can just recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I loved how new and clean the room was. the location was fantastic, close to lots of shopping and dining options. Being within walking distance to everything was a huge plus, especially after enjoying dinner and drinks with friends.

I was a bit disappointed that the lobby bar wasn't open during my stay. I also wish there had been more room options available online to choose from, as I ended up with a more expensive suite that I didn't necessarily need.

Courtyard By Marriott Atlanta Downtown is very clean, with great parking and a prime location close to dining and shopping options. the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff provided great recommendations for dining and stores to visit nearby. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. we had a fantastic time and would definitely choose this hotel for our next visit to Duluth.

It is located in a serene area far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but is also conveniently located near shopping and dining options. the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. the rooms are spacious and clean. the parking area was great. It was a perfect place for us to spend our Thanksgiving weekend.

The hotel lacked a pool, which was a bummer. the bar in the lobby was closed, and we would have preferred to have a drink and unwind after a long day.

We loved being within walking distance of everything, allowing us to indulge in dinner and drinks without worrying about driving. Plus, the beautiful property and helpful staff made our stay delightful.
