As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the fantastic location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to the town center, Duomo, and the famous David statue. The spacious room was a big plus, and the simple yet enjoyable breakfast allowed us to indulge in the delicious treats that Italy has to offer just around the corner. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to cater to our requests. And let's not forget the beautiful terrace that overlooked the mesmerizing monuments of the city. We even had the opportunity to have breakfast there on sunny days, which was a great way to start our day.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing recommendations and a detailed map for exploring this city. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Florence. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city, amidst the maze of Florence streets. We were able to easily explore all the major sites on foot. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to assist us. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with beautiful views of Florence from the terrace. The breakfast included was a delightful way to start the day, with a selection of fresh croissants and a device that made the best cappuccinos. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would highly recommend it.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional and there isn't anything major that we felt could be improved upon.

One downside of our stay was that the breakfast room was quite small. It was a bit crowded and not very spacious.

had a wonderful long weekend in florence and cardinal of exceeded expectations! perfect location near duomo and train station. this is the only place i'd stay if i return to florence.

Everything was spot on.

The location of Cardinal Of was perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, yet on a quiet street. Our room was upgraded to one with a cute balcony and a view of the Duomo. the room itself was comfortable and the toilet flushed properly, which was a pleasant surprise in Italy. the air-conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the lovely roof terrace with its stunning views over the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the maze of Florence streets. The location was superb, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. I particularly loved my room with a small cute balcony which had a view towards the Duomo. It was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
