The location was perfect, close to S. Marco and a vaporetto stop, with a charming canal nearby. The room had a delightful XVIII century Venetian decoration and a recently renovated bathroom. The cost-benefit relationship was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was amazing! It was so central to everything and we could easily walk to all the surrounding towns and squares. The hotel was also located near shops, cafes, and many different restaurants, so there was plenty of choice for lunch and dinner. We especially loved the lively atmosphere in the evening at the bar in Campo San Luca, where there were live bands playing and the locals were dancing and having a great time. It was a fantastic place to experience the local culture.

That our room faced a restaurant, and the noise from the restaurant and its diners could be quite loud, especially during the late hours of the night. It did disturb our sleep a bit, but fortunately, the other rooms in the hotel were not affected by this issue.

The value for money at Casa Fenice was excellent and the room had a charming, old-world feel with quaint paintings. The location was perfect, close to San Marco but on a quiet street, and the staff were friendly and provided great recommendations.

our second stay in venice was even better thanks to casa fenice. the location was ideal, with easy access to vaporetto stops and attractions. our charming room had comfortable beds and was kept clean throughout our stay. the staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a snack before our journey home. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Fenice! the hotel was very clean, had a great location, and the beds were incredibly comfy. We loved the private bathroom and the fact that they provided a safe deposit box, towels, and shower gel. the service was exceptional, making us feel like we were at a home away from home. We were even treated to a lovely upgrade to a larger room, free of charge. the staff went above and beyond, even leaving us tea, coffee, and pastries for our journey back home. the location couldn't have been better, with all the main attractions and restaurants just a short walk away. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Excellent location, just five minutes from both St Mark's and the Rialto down a quiet alley with a nearby canal. Close enough to two key attraction points - the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated in Venetian style.
