We had a delightful stay at this hotel in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view outside. The hotel's beautiful decor added to the overall charm. The breakfast was reasonable and the TV in the mirror was a cool feature. We enjoyed exploring the nearby fruit and veg market and found it convenient to walk to the touristy areas. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

our second stay at locanda casa martini was even better than the first. the location is unbeatable, with a bustling street bazaar right outside and plenty of restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. despite the lack of staff after 6pm, the self-check-in system with the card provided was convenient and we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the heart of the city.

Wardrobe and bathroom door need some attention.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend! Location is perfect, close to nice bars, cafes and shops and easy to get around. the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and always delicious, really liked the nice variety of fruits and the excellent coffee. the staff was very friendly and helpful, polite and welcoming. We also appreciated the complimentary water and the chocolate treats left in the room each day.

No real negatives, but the only thing that could have been improved was the limited wifi connection, could be a bit slow at times. Other than that, everything met our expectations and we had a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was to our liking, from the comfortable bed to the large bathroom. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We even left behind our Bose headphones in the room, and they went above and beyond to send them to our next destination. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, situated in the main area of the city. It was a short walk from the vaporetto station "Guglie," which provided easy access to various parts of Venice, including Murano and San Michele cemetery. the hotel itself was a historic building from the 16th century but had a charming and renovated interior. the rooms had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a TV. There were also common areas on each floor where guests could work and small balconies for everyone's use.
