The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast is exquisite, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start your day. the hotel offers spa treatments and a tennis court, providing guests with various activities to enjoy.

Some aspects of the hotel may be off-putting. The pricing for certain items, such as food at the pool or room service, seems excessive and not in line with the overall luxury experience.

The rooms at Castel Monastero are incredibly spacious and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The bathrooms are also quite large and luxurious. The swimming pool and spa are the perfect size for relaxation. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Tuscan sunset views during a bubble bath were magical, and the vineyards made for a wonderful walking experience. The swimming pool and spa just steps away were a perfect relaxation spot. The breakfast selection was to die for, with a variety of items to choose from. The staff were the golden crown of this location, always smiling, informative, helpful, and friendly. It's a great quiet honeymoon spot. The bar and open sitting patio amidst the natural stone buildings added to the medieval experience. Good wifi. The intimate underground dinner setting was lovely, and the steak was prepared perfectly. The hotel offers organized tours to explore Tuscan towns or enjoy a lunch and wine tasting day. our time spent here was unforgettable. Many thanks!

We had a lovely stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Tuscany. The location, right in the Piazza, was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We loved starting our mornings with a delicious breakfast in the beautiful setting of the outdoor patio. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and friendly. it was a great experience.

I recently stayed at Castel Monastero for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The setting is beautiful, with medieval buildings and a picturesque yard. The rooms are big, comfortable, and well-appointed, with very good bathrooms. The hotel also has lovely swimming pools, a spa, and ample spaces for yoga and wellbeing activities. The staff, led by the fantastic Resort Manager, Graziella, is welcoming, kind. The restaurant offers delicious delicacies and the entire team goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, equipped with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, as well as a range of spa treatments including body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were stunning and provided a peaceful environment for relaxation.

Amazing rustic décor with modern 5-star convenience, making me feel like royalty. Exceptional Spa experience, loved the salt pool, steam room, and sauna. the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Although the resort is impeccable, it was a little isolated, making it not ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding or being away from it all. the restaurant food was a bit overpriced compared to other restaurants in nearby areas.
