Outstanding staff and service, went above and beyond for a special occasion. Beautiful and inviting spaces throughout the property. Impressive attention to detail, even in the smallest tasks. Marvelous facilities and amazing dining experience.

I had a delayed check-in, but the staff offered me a late checkout which unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of. They were polite and my room was neat and tidy. Despite a couple of small issues with the price and pre-authorization, the devices in the room worked well, including the bathtub, TV, and safe. The balcony helped with air circulation.

Although I had mentioned that I was staying to celebrate my birthday, the hotel didn't do anything special to make my day memorable. Other hotels I've stayed at in the past always prepared something for my birthday, so I was a bit disappointed.

This hotel is a true oasis of calm! the attention to detail is impressive and the food is amazing. I loved the fact that the staff displayed genuine empathy toward guests. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a delight, as is the spa area. Another advantage is the beautiful, white palace-like architecture in the midst of a stunning garden.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the city's main attractions and nightlife areas, taking up to 70 minutes in traffic. some of the prices for basic items like coconut water and coffee are a bit high.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled within a beautiful park and surrounded by nature. The Michelin-starred restaurant offers exceptional dining experiences, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-functioning amenities like the TV and safe.

Some minor inconveniences were experienced during check-in, such as delayed room availability and an error in the price calculation.

Here, the exclusive amenities exceeded my luxurious needs, the spa centre was incredibly relaxing with an extensive range of treatments, including a sauna and steam room.

Although the restaurant's food was exceptional, I found the options for special diet menus were limited. this issue was minor and did not affect my overall experience.

The hotel offers stunning and spacious rooms, beautiful pools and spa, and fantastic dining options. The staff goes above and beyond to customize the experience and make guests feel special.
