The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job tidying up our room during our stay. We appreciated the convenience of having a sofa bed already set up for us. Despite our rushed departure for a funeral, our belongings were left undisturbed, including important electronics. we had a lovely stay with our children.

While the room was warm at night, we struggled to get the air conditioning below 19C, causing us to wake up sweating multiple times on the first night. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, and the toilet roll holder was broken and kept falling off.

The breakfast each morning was good, with a nice selection. The hotel is in a great location as a base for our trips to Alton Towers, which was only 30 minutes away.

Attending a funeral in Stoke, we had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a convenient location made our visit smooth. The bar being open allowed us to enjoy a drink in our room, and the staff even provided plates and cutlery for our evening meal. The "grab & go" breakfast had a decent selection, and the scrambled egg was particularly tasty. The comfortable bed and friendly service from Stefan at reception were highlights. We look forward to returning in better circumstances.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas stay. The breakfast included two complimentary items that we enjoyed. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and a cinema. we loved the cozy atmosphere of the lobby with the fireplace.

The air conditioning did not have any control, so we had to turn off the power of the room to turn it off. the sofa bed took up too much space, which made the room feel cramped.
