The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Claudia at the front desk and Tomas in the restaurant. We had a lovely romantic escape to this fairy tale castle. The surrounding gardens were stunning, and we enjoyed the complimentary car parking. The location was not ideal for us as we found it quite difficult to navigate the small streets, and we had trouble finding the hotel. we felt a little isolated and did not enjoy having to rely on a car to get around.
