I had an exceptional stay at Citan. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, making check-in a breeze. The facilities were top-notch, especially the clean and well-maintained bathrooms. The lively atmosphere and events made it easy to meet other travelers. Although the dorm room was a bit noisy and small, the private rooms were spacious and highly recommended. I'll definitely recommend this hostel.

The location was super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to four train/subway lines that can take you anywhere in the city. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful, offering great advice on sightseeing and even organizing day trips and walking tours.

I stayed at Citan for a week and absolutely loved it. The coffee and croissant sandwich were delicious, and the jazz DJ in the evening created a great atmosphere. The full bar with craft beer was a plus as well. The hostel is conveniently located near multiple metro stops and the staff were friendly and helpful. The common shower area was exceptionally clean and the soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided were amazing. Citan exceeded my expectations for a hostel and made my stay in Japan unforgettable.
