The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants. The view from our room on the 27th floor was amazing, with a clear view of Diamond Head and the ocean. The room itself was quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel could greatly benefit from some refurbishment, as the rooms were a bit dated and had stains on the carpet and a slightly moldy shower curtain.

The room on the 36th floor had a beautiful view. Public buses conveniently picked up and dropped off within 100 meters of the property. The friendly staff provided a warm reception. The hotel had a lovely entry fountain garden. A well-used coffee machine was available.

We had an amazing time at the Ponoaloha Aparthotel! the apartment had an absolutely beautiful view and was the perfect size for us. the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from dishes to a rice cooker. the location was unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. We loved being so close to all the attractions in the area. the facilities were well-maintained, and the security around the pool area was impressive. We are already planning to return for Christmas!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Diamond Head Volcano. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing umbrellas and beach towels for our use. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils. it was a great stay.

The check-in process was a bit challenging since the office had limited hours, and the curtains in the unit did not fully cover the windows, allowing constant light into the room.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to Waikiki Beach and everything in downtown. The rooms are spacious with great facilities and a beautiful view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. The hotel also offers a laundry room and a trash disposal across every floor. Additionally, the parking pass was promptly arranged for us, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The office hours for towel distribution could be extended.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the location was very accessible, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and dining options. Lastly, the rooms on the higher floors offered a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains, making my stay even more memorable.

Everything was okay and met my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-equipped apartment near the beach. The amenities floor for the kids was a great bonus on days when we weren't at the beach. The staff, when we were able to reach them, was helpful and responsive.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as limited office hours and some rooms being less clean and modern than others, we still found the overall value to be great. The proximity to the beach, the free parking, and the reasonable prices compared to other options in the area were all major selling points for us.

We especially appreciated the free parking and laundry facilities. we had a wonderful stay. However, towels were only provided every 5 days and the shower head pressure was low. Despite this minor inconvenience, we highly recommend Ponoaloha Aparthotel.

We had a great experience staying at PonoAloha Aparthotel. the location was excellent, close to everything in Waikiki downtown. We could easily walk to the stores and the beach. the staff, including the office manager, was incredibly nice, approachable, and accommodating. They even allowed us to rent strollers and beach mats, which was very convenient. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils. We loved the small outdoor patio. Thank you, PonoAloha!

The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from and we got complimentary drinks at the pool bar. the hotel was conveniently located close to a lot of attractions and public transport was easily accessible. the room had a nice view from the balcony and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel room was not very clean and it seemed like it hadn't been updated in ages. the bathroom was particularly bad, with mold and grime in the shower and the tiles.
