The air conditioning in our room was inadequate, leaving us uncomfortable during the warmer days, which was quite disappointing.

Consider asking for a pillow menu if you find the standard pillows uncomfortable. The vintage elevator adds charm but ensure it's fully closed before using it.

The bathrooms are extremely cramped and ventilation could be better!!! I had to open windows at times due to weak AC!!! Long wait times at the front desk were frustrating and should be addressed!!!

arriving was a disaster, I waited three hours for my room while others strolled in effortlessly. Absolutely stunning service. as if that wasn’t enough, I received quite literally a single tiny shampoo packet and a banana for breakfast. last time I checked, it’s 2023, not 1923. I almost considered giving a decent review but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore spots like the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. The breakfast was solid and the staff was super friendly, especially David. The space was comfortable, great AC for summer heat, and we loved spending time on the terrace.

We had an issue with ants in the bathroom. Despite several requests, it wasn’t addressed immediately, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay was perfect with the hotel being just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and under a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, making it so easy to immerse myself in the city's beauty. plus, the architecture and interior design were immaculate, creating a lovely ambiance throughout my visit.

During my visit, I appreciated how accessible the local attractions were, making it easy to walk around. I found a great spot across the street for gelato and pizza, which was a nice touch. The staff members were friendly and helped me with restaurant suggestions. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast, which included various breads to start my day. Exploring this vibrant city with my partner was a great adventure.

So, here’s the deal! The location was everything we needed! ! Just a short walk to the Trevi and Spanish Steps, which made exploring easy. Also, the room was cozy enough, and I really liked the private terrace – perfect for catching some sun in the morning!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for what we got.
