I recently stayed at Hotel Cerretani in Florence for five nights for a family vacation. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even arranging last-minute tickets to the Ufizi Gallery. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Duomo, and we had a fantastic view of the Duomo tower from our room window. The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The facilities were clean and new, and the staff spoke fluent English and were always eager to help with reservations and recommendations. The staff, especially Sara, Alessandro, and Valentina, were incredibly helpful and discreet, especially when I needed assistance with a marriage proposal. We will definitely visit again! The bathroom had great lighting and amenities, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city but still peaceful in the bedrooms. The staff were fabulous and always available to help.

Amazing staff and personalized service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Simona at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. She even upgraded me to an executive room without me having to ask. The room itself was beautifully appointed with a view of the Basilica of San Lorenzo. The bed was so comfortable and had outlets and USB ports on both sides, which was so convenient. The amenities were luxurious and had a lovely fragrance. The hotel also provided welcome drink vouchers which we enjoyed at the elegant bar. The small buffet in the dining room was a nice touch as well. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this Mgallery hotel.

Despite a minor AC issue, the staff were accommodating and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.
