The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean with stunning views. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options.

Staying at Dolffanog Fawr was an absolute delight. The owners were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the best local walks and attractions. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the house made me feel right at home. And the breakfast.wow! The homemade jams and marmalades were a delicious treat. The stunning surroundings with a scenic lake and mountain view provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

We had a fantastic stay at Dolffanog Fawr! From the warm welcome by Lorraine and Alex to the comfortable and spacious room, everything was perfect. the breathtaking views from the room and back garden were simply outstanding. We loved the option of enjoying the hot tub in the garden, although we didn't get a chance to use it this time. the breakfast options were excellent, offering a great variety to choose from. the bed was huge, clean, and extremely comfortable. the en suite bathroom was well-equipped with a bath and shower. the location in the beautiful valley provided a great base for exploring the Snowdonian range and all its benefits.

We had an amazing stay at a charming hotel in Snowdonia. The value for money was exceptional, with cozy and spotlessly clean rooms, plus super comfy beds. The location was perfect, surrounded by epic nature scenery, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

One thing that could have made the breakfast even better was to have more variety in the morning offerings. However, we found a superb little bistro in Tywyn for Sunday dinner instead.

We were blown away by the delicious breakfast and the personal touches throughout our stay. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside, and we enjoyed playing with Ogie, their adorable dog. We can't wait to return!

Close to some amazing mountain and lake walks in a beautiful unspoilt valley surrounded by Snowdonia's mountains.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

This hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were impressive and met all my needs. the Jacuzzi was a highlight, providing the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the surroundings. the garden area was a beautiful spot to sip on a drink from the bar/lounge area. the packed lunches and special diet menus catered to my needs.

The only minor issue was the size of the leisure/TV room. It could have been bigger to accommodate more people.
