I stayed at Heart Hotel Milano for a few nights during my visit to Milan. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Paolo. The room was clean, comfortable, and although it was slightly warm, it was still enjoyable. The location of the hotel was amazing, with many great restaurants in the vicinity. I also loved the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast and had a cheerful staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway and not too far from the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

We especially appreciated the young male at the front desk who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was nice and cleaned well everyday, providing us with the comfort and quality we were looking for. The location of this hotel was also perfect, with the metro station just 10 minutes away, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next door, making it convenient for our daily needs.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. the staff was helpful in arranging transportation and providing information about the city. Additionally, the included breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options to start the day.

There were some issues with the room during our stay. There was a strong smell in the corridor and in some of the rooms, which was quite off-putting.

The Heart Hotel Milano was fantastic! The bed was great and the room was spacious with a fridge and plenty of lights and power sockets. The shower was excellent and the staff were really nice and helpful. The location was fantastic with easy access to restaurants, bars, and a 24-hour grocery store right under the hotel.
