I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning views from my room. The balcony overlooking the canal and sea provided the perfect spot to enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The hotel's external patios were also a great place to relax and take in the ocean view. Despite the small hiccup of the cocktails not meeting my expectations, the bar's elegant atmosphere and live music added to the overall charm of the hotel. The location in the heart of the famous Piazza of Porto Cervo made exploring the region and nearby attractions, like Tharros, effortless. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service from the hotel staff, especially the concierge and front desk team who went above and beyond to assist us when our luggage was lost by the airline. I would highly recommend Cervo Hotel for its charm, ideal location, and top-notch service.

The value for money was great, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Christian at the front desk who saved our holiday with his amazing recommendations.

The hotel is outdated compared to newer 5-star hotels. Although the private beach was good, it requires a boat-shuttle and had limited chairs.

The pool guy at Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort was amazing! He made sure the pool was always clean and provided great service. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

They were always on time and the concierge service was one of the best. the air-conditioning in the hotel was working quietly, which is not always the case in other hotels. the hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect. I enjoyed the two swimming pools, they were both nice and well-maintained.
