The location of the Omni Chicago Hotel on the Magnificent Mile was ideal for our family, with easy access to top-notch shopping and dining. The spacious all-suite rooms were clean and had everything we needed, providing a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

The room cleaning service fell short of expectations for a Wonderful rating. Disappointingly, the housekeeping only changed towels and emptied the trash, neglecting to properly make the bed, clean the floors, or attend to bathroom amenities as advertised in the database.

Spent an amazing weekend at this hotel and loved every minute of it! the rooms were like mini suites, with a safe, Keurig coffee maker, and 2 TVs. the dinner at the restaurant was expensive but absolutely delicious. And getting the parking and breakfast buffet included in the price of the room was definitely a great deal. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

the TV in the bedroom was mounted to the left of the bed and couldn't swivel or be pulled out, which made it difficult to watch. It may seem trivial, but it did bother me a bit.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The suite was spacious and comfortable for our group of 4, with one of us even finding the couch to be a great sleeping option. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic fitness center and a refreshing pool and spa. The location was perfect, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro line and close to all the major attractions. We especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast at the restaurant and the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond by surprising my son on his birthday with a beautiful dessert complete with a candle.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

Staying at the Omni Chicago Hotel for transit during my travel was convenient as it is located just 5 minutes' walk from the heart of Chicago. The proximity to the Chicago Water Taxi provided a great way to explore the city during the warm weather months, making transportation hassle-free and enjoyable.

One minor negative feature during my stay was that the power went out in our room a couple of times, which was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, right in the heart of the shopping district on Michigan Avenue, making it an ideal spot for Mag Mile activities. The rooms come with separate work space, a couch, and even a card for my birthday. The breakfast with a stunning view of Michigan Ave is included and definitely worth it.

Elevators were slow and some cleaning issues were reported but overall, this hotel is a great choice.

The staff at Omni was amazing! Oscar was fantastic and really went above and beyond. The room was spacious and attractive with a great view. The gym and roof deck were excellent. The location was perfect. The bartenders at the hotel bar were awesome. Highly recommend!

The polite doormen and gracious lobby personnel made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The prompt and courteous replacement of door key batteries was a small detail that didn't go unnoticed. I loved having a couch to relax on while watching TV, and the roomy desk was perfect for catching up on work. The four pillows provided a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience. The hotel's perfect location allowed for enjoyable evening strolls on Michigan Ave. a fantastic stay!

Had a great Xmas! Appreciated the two complimentary drinks per person. Excellent location - easy walk to all attractions. the room layout was nice, and the internet was fast.

Unexpected surprise - valet parking cost $20 more than advertised. There was a lot of street noise at night, and we could have asked for a higher floor.

The only downside is that the walls can be a little thin.
