The hotel is located in a real residential area, away from the busy city center but still easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop just around the corner. It is also close to the attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. There are many decent priced restaurants in the area to choose from. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with tour planning. The breakfast includes fresh pastries and real cappuccino. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The hairdryer is a little outdated.

The room we got was spacious and clean, with a big comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The owners were friendly and helpful when we needed, giving us sightseeing advice and make our stay even better. , the location of the hotel is great, just a few blocks away from the main landmarks and attractions.

Although the room and location were great, we had a hard time finding the hotel and walking around the area at night was not convenient as there were not many options for food or drinks nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B just outside the bustling city center of Florence. The hotel's location in a calm residential area allowed for a peaceful stay, while still being within a half-hour walk of all the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning for the hot weather. The friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent service, offering recommendations for great restaurants and sightseeing locations. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of fresh pastries at a reasonable rate. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet residential area. The location was fantastic, with the train station, museums, and the Duomo all within walking distance. There were also great restaurants, cafes, and even a laundromat nearby. The host, Enrico, was amazing! He was organized, thoughtful, and friendly. He provided detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel and even hand-labelled maps to navigate the city. I highly recommend this place for a great experience in Florence.

The friendly owner helped with luggage. Rooms clean, spacious, with nice bathrooms. Good location, close to bus stop and walking distance from center. Excellent breakfast variety. Rooms cleaned when out. Made us feel at home.

We had a totally lovely stay at Cimabue 9. The room was spacious with large windows that let in loads of sunshine every day. The facilities and bathroom were extremely clean, which was important to us. The location, although not in the city center, was a short 20-minute walk away. We enjoyed being in a more local neighborhood and avoiding the touristy areas. There was a large supermarket just two blocks away and a food market within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get everything we needed. Enrico, the owner, was one of the greatest hosts we have ever met. He was kind, knowledgeable, and considerate, making us feel right at home during our stay.
