Spacious and beautifully decorated with eco-friendly features. Stunning gardens with fruit and vegetable growth for fresh meals. 10-minute walk to town center and close proximity to train, bus, and beach. Incredible views of Naples, Vesuvius, and the sea. Clean and spacious swimming pool with plenty of lounging areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Heavenly spa experience with amazing massages. Delicious breakfast with a variety of pastries and homemade jams. Lovely rooms with fantastic bathrooms and daily cleaning. Great garden bar with signature cocktails. Ideal location, clean, and good wifi.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the area. It was conveniently situated near all the amenities in town, making it easy to get around. The welcome we received from the hotel staff was warm and inviting, creating a positive impression right from the start. I was also impressed by the hotel's commitment to zero waste, it was great to see them taking steps to be eco-friendly. The dining room staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Paulo at the reception was a standout, always helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment provided on two nights during our stay, it was top-notch. The rooms at the hotel were kept clean and tidy by the friendly housekeeping staff. One thing that we particularly enjoyed was the fridge in our room, it was convenient for keeping our drinks cool. And last but not least, the sea view from the balcony was simply breathtaking.

While the food at the hotel was generally decent, there were times when the choices for dinner fell short of what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was one night when the main options were fried cheese sandwiches and rabbit stew, which was a disappointment.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to everything and not right in the tourist center. Guests mentioned being met at a lower reception area and transported by a golf buggy up a long covered tunnel to the main reception area. The hotel also has an outside covered area near the carpark where luggage can be stored. The rooms have comfortable beds and some offer great views, like a sea view or a view of Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of options.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom could use a revamp.
