We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was the best choice we could have made. The location was perfect, just 2 minutes away from the train station and within walking distance of all the major sights. The rooms were small but clean and cozy, with daily cleaning service. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with inquiries and even helping us get tickets to the Uffizi and Accademia galleries. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and we could also enjoy free tea or coffee throughout the day.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the train station, making it easy to explore all the major Florentine sights. I stayed at a hotel conveniently located near the train station and close to the central market and Duomo. It was just over the road from the train station, making it easy to access. The room was comfortable and clean, with friendly staff and great service. The breakfast had a variety of options and the coffee was delicious. Additionally, umbrellas were available for guests to use during rainy days.

The noise in the morning caused by the cleaning staff, which disturbed my sleep.

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and gave us a very detailed overview of the city map. The bed in the room was so large and comfortable that it was the only room where I got two nights of uninterrupted sleep. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection of cakes, pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal. The location is convenient to the train station. I would recommend this hotel.

The complementary breakfast was a little disappointing but getting free coffee and croissant was still a plus. the hotel's location was great because it was close to the main transportation hub which made it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the short walk to the nearby supermarket to grab snacks.

The hotel's facilities could have used a makeover. the bathroom was cramped and towels were thin.
