We had a fantastic time exploring Polignano a Mare and Covo Dei Saraceni proved to be the perfect base for our stay. The hotel's location was excellent, with stunning views from the breakfast room and restaurant. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with day trips and transportation. The hotel's proximity to the main beach and city center made it incredibly convenient. Having parking available was also a great bonus, providing peace of mind during our stay. a great value for money and perfect for a short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily access the beach area, old town, and restaurants in the nice area with a great view of the Adriatic ocean. The staff was warm and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had three separate balconies, each offering a different aspect of the sea, old town, and the "volare" statue. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and I enjoyed the lovely views from the breakfast room.

Best Location & Views: The hotel is situated in a prime location with breathtaking views. Our room had three large balconies, each offering a unique and stunning perspective. From one balcony, we could enjoy the beach and cliffs, from another, the vast expanse of the sea. It was an absolute delight to wake up to such beautiful panoramas each morning.

Insufficient Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in our room was inadequate, making it uncomfortably warm at night. We hesitated to open the windows due to noise concerns, which further exacerbated the issue.
