The staff at Cristal Palace Hotel were incredibly helpful when our air conditioning wasn't working properly. They promptly responded to our concerns and tried to resolve the issue. Despite this setback, the room was clean and comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the good location of the hotel, it was easily accessible from the main road and close to a shopping mall. The breakfast offered a wide variety of pastries and traditional food choices. The Christmas gift given by the hotel was a nice touch.

My stay was not as pleasant as I expected. The room had a strong smell of mold and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The heating system was not working, and we were freezing at night. The staff was unresponsive and did not offer any assistance in fixing the situation. I was disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They were bilingual and provided us with great recommendations. The location in the city center was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. We also appreciated the room service and the delicious breakfast with freshly made coffee.
