Our stay at Cristallo was fantastic. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the center. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the bar had a great atmosphere with a friendly bartender from Argentina. The room itself was lovely, and we especially appreciated the little boxes in the bathroom with essentials. The hotel also offered free and secure parking for our motorcycle. The smell of the hotel was really nice, like a spa. The staff even went above and beyond by retrieving my husband's washed clothes that had blown away on the balcony. Thank you for saving us a shopping trip!

The location was perfect, being right next to the bus station which made it super convenient to get to the ski resorts. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better budget-friendly hotel experience.

My Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The facilities were fantastic with a lovely pool and a great sauna. The location was perfect, being so close to the ski resort. The highlight of my stay was the Christmas dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and the festive atmosphere was unforgettable.

The WiFi was not great and it was quite difficult to get a good connection. Also, the breakfast could have had a wider variety of options to choose from. Despite these minor flaws, I still had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a winter getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cristallo. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa facilities were a great addition to our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was on the main road and close to the old town and restaurants. The price-quality ratio was good, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. we were very satisfied with our experience at Cristallo.

The location couldn't have been better - just a 5-minute walk to all the amazing restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops in the area. The biggest supermarket is conveniently located only 100 meters away from the hotel. We loved the view from our balcony, overlooking the Bormio downhill ski track. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee machines always made perfect coffee. The staff, especially receptionist Elisa, were professional and polite. We also appreciated the easy and free parking provided by the hotel. it was a well-organized and perfect place for a vacation and fun.
